A CHILD'S SILENT DOUBT
We send children to schools to strengthen them but unfortunately they often come back weakened in emaan, with silent doubts in their minds that they are often too ashamed to even share.
Science is our understanding of the design of Allah's creation.
This is knowledge that has the capability of bringing us closer to Allah(swt). However if the same science is taught to the children in a way that encourages kufr, disbelief in Allah(swt) that can be detrimental to their emaan.
Many muslim children in the world today from the age of 7 or 8 start questioning whether Allah even exists, because at school, the place we ourselves send them to learn, is telling them something completely different. It leaves them confused, weakened by silent doubt in their hearts, which often they are too ashamed to speak of, but inside it starts eating up their emaan
Why is Ahmed not praying Salah anymore?
They may start to disregard their salah, think their parents are ignorant, start to disconnect from dua, because they feel no one is actually hearing them, or worse disconnect completely from Islam.
This happens everyday, this happens everywhere. This may not happen overnight, but the doubts creeps in and keeps eating them up slowly. You wonder why they are not praying anymore, why they don't care anymore as they used to. You might try many different ways to motivate them to pray, etc but the problem might be much deeper, might be hidden because they are too afraid to share it, the problem maybe that they are not even sure that they believe in Allah anymore.....

Over the last decade of teaching thousands of children around the globe I have seen this happen to many many children, heard questions which I never expected from even the young huffadh of Quran. Questions that if left unanswered may lead them astray
If your child is intelligent, he/she would question, if they are being taught something else in school then they are even more likely to question the existence of Allah(swt). The problem is not the question, the problem is the lack of convincing answer to respects their intelligence and doesn't just tell them to be quite "you are too young to understand right now"

This course is to give children a strong foundation of learning science to muslim children. So when they are learning science at school, they don't forget Allah(swt). Train them to look at the design of things as not simply a mechanical coincidence,but rather to reflect and appreciate the grand design of ALLAH’s creation
It presents an Islamic perspective that gives a direction to their critical thinking and supports them to go a step deeper and see the clever design of Allah(swt) instead of just taking/believing everything as mere coincidences.
InshaAllah once they learn to attribute the brilliance, the power of what they are learning to Allah(swt), then even learning science at school would be an emaan boosting experience for them.
Fallibility of science
The course provides a nurturing background that to young children to help them reflect on the fallibility of science. It develops their capacity to apply critical thinking to their learning.
Children are taught to learn and believe what they are learning at school. If the teacher said so it must be true. But is it really? They take on this behaviour to adult life "if the scientists said so then it must be true". This course give children a peek into the scientific community, the disagreements, the process, the weaknesses of the process which can and have led to great error in the past, the vast unknowns for the scientists, the motivations of scientific research which can lead to all kinds of corruptions. We discuss the fallibility of science, especially focusing on the theory of evolution, the islamic standpoint on it, and the issues with theory.
All of this may sound complicated here, but we have worked hard to make it so simple that even a 7 yr old can understand and remember InshaAllah

This course offers children a new way to look at the world, a way in which they can begin to see and reflect on the signs of Allah(swt) all around us. Allah(swt) could have designed this world and us in any way he wished but he chose a certain way for everything, this is not a mere random choice, but a deliberate decision, because everything around us teaches us something more about Allah(swt). Those who reflect on these are able to drive those lessons and gain from it. give YOUR children a fun filled experience where they learn to see the meaning in the design all around them.

In reflecting and anslysing their learnings with an Islamic perspective children will also, InshaALLAH, gain a deeper understanding of many of the names and attributes of ALLAH(Subhanahuwata’ala) as we dig deep into reflection of the grand design of ALLAH’s creation.

Children especially enjoy this course more than any other Emaan Power course because they are taken into the world of all the incredible, mysterious things in the universe, the plants, animals, oceans, the deep space, amazing scientific facts that amaze them and spark curiosity in them. Is it really a war?
We live in a world today where many scientists regard teaching children about religion, esp Islam as "Child abuse", which they are actively working to stop.
Writing books targeted at children, forcing down facts, to make children believe that belief in God is a backward thought, an ignorant thought, has become the norm in the so-called ‘modern’ socieites. This is a norm where science is presented as an alternative or opposition to religion, as if there was a war between the two.
As parents, you are accountable for taking care and nurturing young tender minds. You have to consider:
What are you doing to save your children to help their emaan being attacked?
What are you doing to help them study it so they take the benefit from it and not let their emaan be crushed under it?
Help them love science, not hate it, but also not take it to be their God.
